His due diligence, great communication and always in good mood (hence why staff likes him so much). But the feature I appreciate the most it is his good will, he has help me with two issue that had notting to do with his duties, including spotting a leak in my boiler and made enough pic and videos so i can send to the supplier. The staff are so friendly and they offered a follow up appointment to check everything over. Ana was who I spoke to and she was so kind (even tho it was 11pm) and Ben came and done the job next morning and he went above to make sure I was ok and to get the job done right.
